Overview
Except to the extent caused by negligence or willful misconduct of OWNER, Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold OWNER, It’s members, principles, beneficiaries, officers, employees and agents (“Owner Related Parties”) harmless against and from all liabilities, damages, claims, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees (if and to the extent permitted by Law), which may be imposed upon incurred by or asserted against OWNER or any of the Owner Related Parties and arising out of or in connection with any damage or injury occurring in the OWNERS property or while using / Operating any of the OWNER’S property or any act or omissions (including violations of the Law) of Renter or any Renter related party.
OWNER and Owner Related parties shall not be liable for, and Renter waives all claims for loss or damage to Renter’s business or loss, theft or damage to Renters property resulting from: Acts of God; the failure of any sprinkler, heating or air conditioning equipment, any electrical wiring or any gas or water pipes; any act or omission of any party other than the OWNER or Owner related Parties; and any cause not reasonably within control of the OWNER.
Customers will be charged for lost, stolen or damaged items.
Refunds
All items require a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit at the time order is placed. Orders cancellations of 2 weeks or less before a scheduled delivery date, refused upon delivery, or not picked up by customer will be charged in full.
